Description

You will design and implement cloud-based solutions, ensuring compute uptime, scalability, and maintainability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement cloud solutions in collaboration with internal and external customers.
• Manage cloud environments following security guidelines and industry best practices.
• Automate system backups and disaster recovery processes.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to provide platform support and incident troubleshooting.
• Lead vendors through feature tracking and technical prioritization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience supporting public cloud platforms.
• Operational experience with AWS services: EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, SSM, SG, VPC, and Route53.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools: Git, Jenkins, CodePipeline, and CodeCommit.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of Linux systems administration, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Understanding of DevOps and agile methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Associate level certifications or higher.
• Kubernetes certifications.
• Scripting experience with Python or Bash.
