Description

You will lead cloud transformation efforts by migrating on-premises workloads to AWS while maintaining existing local infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and planning for workload migrations using rehosting, re-platforming, and refactoring strategies.
• Design, architect, and implement cloud solutions using EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
• Manage cloud infrastructure through provisioning, scaling, and continuous monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities within the AWS environment.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer.
• 7 years of experience with AWS compute, storage, networking, and security services.
• 4 years of experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
• 4 years of experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• 4 years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 4 years of experience with AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
• 4 years of experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• 2 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with security compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Experience with on-premises virtualization technologies such as VMware.
