Description

You will support cloud-based applications and infrastructure within an enterprise AWS environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AWS infrastructure and applications for incidents and alerts.
• Provide L1 support and basic troubleshooting for AWS-related issues.
• Execute tasks following standard operating procedures and incident runbooks.
• Log and track incidents using ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AWS and ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in any branch except Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of core Computer Science concepts including Data Structures, Algorithms, Databases, and Operating Systems.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with programming in C, Java, or Python.
• Familiarity with web development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Angular.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift rotation.
