Responsibilities: 

Bachelor s Degree in related field or equivalent work or military experience required. 4 years of Cloud Engineering, Development, and Support experience. 4 years of experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer along with AWS Certification. AWS Architecture and DevOps experience. Proficiency in Terraform. Thorough understanding of Hybrid Cloud Computing: virtualization technologies, Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service and Software as a Service Cloud delivery models and the current competitive landscape. Extensive experience with automation and configuration management using Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or similar Strong experience with the Linux operating system Strong background in cloud operations instrumentation and monitoring of distributed architectures Splunk similar Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas: software design or development, application design, systems operations/management, database architecture, virtualization, IP networking, storage, IT security and Strong knowledge with Web Services, API Gateways and application integration development and design Working knowledge of Agile development, Scrum and Application Lifecycle Management Demonstrated ability to provide Infrastructure architectural design documents Must be attentive to details, organized, self-motivated, and driven Ability to create system and process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, sequence and UML diagrams, inter and intra system dependencies within the functional domain and across them Knowledge and understanding of industry trends and new technologies and ability to apply trends to architectural needs Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff Expected Deliverable(s): Maintenance and Operations for AWS Infrastructure
