Description

You will engineer and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure within AWS environments, focusing on automation, security, and advanced networking.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot hybrid connectivity using AWS Transit Gateway (TGW) and Direct Connect.
• Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and secure containerized workloads using Kubernetes (EKS) and Istio service mesh.
• Develop tooling and automation scripts using Python or Bash.
• Configure monitoring and telemetry using CloudWatch, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry (OTEL).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in cloud engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with core AWS services: VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, Security Hub, and GuardDuty.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitLab.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes (EKS) and Istio.
• Competency in scripting using Python or Bash.
• Advanced networking knowledge, including TGW and Direct Connect setup.
• Experience with proactive alerting and telemetry configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenTelemetry (OTEL) integration and implementation.
