Drive cloud operations strategy for Retail and Corporate Systems, focusing on automation, cost efficiency, and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate cloud offerings to improve operational efficiency.
• Design cloud best practices in collaboration with Architecture and partner teams.
• Define monitoring and service standards for engineering and test accounts.
• Create and maintain metrics and dashboards to provide visibility into cloud environments.
• Execute FinOps practices to ensure cost-effective cloud operations.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in cloud environments.
• Proficiency with AWS services and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation.
• Experience with scripting languages including Python and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of cloud-native CLIs and APIs.
• Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD practices.
• Experience monitoring both on-prem and cloud environments.
• Understanding of container technologies.
• Ability to write high-quality technical documentation in Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing interactions between cloud and legacy on-prem environments.
