Description

You will design, implement, and maintain global public cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain public cloud platform infrastructure using infrastructure as code.
• Design and modify cloud-based enterprise systems and application software.
• Manage non-functional requirements including security, availability, and reliability of cloud environments.
• Execute DevOps standards and best practices across all infrastructure components.
• Monitor system uptime, performance, and disaster recovery readiness.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT-related roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with application deployment and configuration on public cloud services.
• Advanced engineering knowledge of public cloud services: Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, and Database services.
• Proficiency with Terraform and CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with application development using Grails, Angular frameworks, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring, Microservices, REST, or NodeJS.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL data stores.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud Architecture, SysOps Associate, or Professional certifications.
• CISSP certification.
