Description

You will lead technical assessments and migrations of web and database platforms from client-hosted environments to AWS and other cloud infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute re-platforming, re-engineering, and as-is migration strategies.
• Build, configure, and manage solutions within multi-tenant enterprise environments.
• Refine CI/CD development pipelines and manage infrastructure provisioning.
• Develop monitoring, configuration management, and automated regression test scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering and infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Redshift, RDS, ElastiCache, and Systems Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Experience with Ruby and Bash/Shell scripting.
• Working knowledge of Git, DNS, load balancers, and network components for fault-tolerant deployments.
• Experience with automation tools, networking, and immutable infrastructure concepts.
• Familiarity with CHEF, TC, WAS, RHEL, and Packer.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Knowledge of EKS, Fargate, or RunDeck.
