Description

You will manage and automate cloud infrastructure and security within an AWS environment. You will own the release pipeline, container orchestration, and monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Provision and configure AWS resources including EC2, Load Balancers, S3, KMS, Route 53, Lambda, and EKS.
• Implement AWS security best practices using IAM, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, and AWS Config.
• Design and maintain networking components such as VPC, subnets, Internet Gateways, Transit Gateways, peering, and routing.
• Deploy and manage containerized microservices using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Evaluate products and services for integration with the platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform, including workspaces, remote-state, and modules.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker container technologies.
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language for Lambda automation.
• Strong Linux operating system knowledge and shell scripting.
• Experience configuring AWS Elasticsearch (ELK) and Logstash.
• Knowledge of RDS provisioning and monitoring.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Nagios, Appdynamics, or Dynatrace.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS cost explorer and cost analysis tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
