Description

You will lead the migration of on-premises workloads to AWS while supporting existing hybrid infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and planning for migrating on-premises workloads using rehost, re-platform, refactor, and repurchase strategies.
• Design and implement cloud solutions using EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
• Manage cloud infrastructure through provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Maintain on-premises servers, networks, and applications, including participation in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of cloud-based applications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer.
• 7+ years of experience with AWS services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
• 4+ years of experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• 4+ years of experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• 4+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 4+ years of experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• 4+ years of experience with AWS certifications, such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with security best practices and compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• 2+ years of experience with VMware virtualization.
