Description

You will own the architecture and operations of the UEC platform as an individual contributor.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture and infrastructure operations independently to meet delivery deadlines.
• Lead infrastructure, pipeline, and optimization work for development teams.
• Drive platform optimizations, expansion, and scaling in collaboration with Data and Science teams.
• Support the search delivery group by managing infrastructure requirements and system design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Advanced programming skills in Python and FastAPI.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and microservices.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, system design, and cloud architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, ETL, and Springboot.
• Knowledge of ArgoFlow and experience with Vespa or VaaS.
• Operational experience with Grafana and Splunk.
