Description

You will design, build, and manage Red Hat OpenShift operational environments and cloud-based middleware applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build Red Hat OpenShift environments and application containerization management strategies.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and automate project provisioning in OCP.
• Build and manage Docker baseline images for Tomcat, Apache Web Server, WebLogic, and JBoss.
• Analyze application readiness for microservices adoption and assess infrastructure capacity needs.
• Manage problem identification, software specification, system architecture definition, and deployment of open source solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, application modernization, or architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Ansible, and Satellite.
• 3+ years of experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) system configuration and administration.
• 3+ years of experience with Red Hat JBoss Fuse, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps Middleware, CI/CD, Java/JEE, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Enterprise Web and JEE integration patterns.
• BS Degree in Computer Science, IS, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of active DHS, Secret, or TS/SCI Clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience with Agile methodologies.
