Description

You will architect and design cloud-native data solutions on AWS for the DB MF platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of legacy systems and data pipelines to AWS.
• Own the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable data architecture.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination to deliver project milestones.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data architecture with a focus on cloud migration.
• Proven expertise in AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, RDS).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with Spark, Python, and SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with product and business teams.
• Experience fostering collaboration across engineering, product, and business.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Mutual Fund or Financial Services domain.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
