Description

You will own the quality assurance strategy and execution for enterprise cloud migration initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for on-prem to AWS migration initiatives across pre-migration, migration, and post-migration phases.
• Lead and mentor the QA team, managing resource allocation and performance throughout all testing phases.
• Oversee functional, integration, performance, security, and data integrity testing across AWS environments.
• Validate AWS native services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS), microservices, and containerized applications.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, risk mitigation, and quality metrics reporting while collaborating with infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of Application Testing experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Test Lead.
• Proven experience leading testing efforts in on-prem to AWS cloud migrations.
• Hands-on involvement in application, data, and infrastructure migration testing.
• Experience with enterprise application and large-scale datacenter migrations.
• Developed and implemented end-to-end test strategies for complex IT transformation programs.
• Working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Postman, and JMeter.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
