Description

You will provide L2 technical support and troubleshooting for AWS cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot AWS environment issues involving networking, storage, compute, databases, and security.
• Monitor infrastructure to identify performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and capacity constraints.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to mitigate potential issues.
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC networking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a similar technical field.
• Strong understanding of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems administration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
• Experience using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and ELK Stack for monitoring and logging.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Developer, or Solutions Architect certifications.
