Description

You will design and automate AWS cloud infrastructure to improve scalability, security, and developer experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure AWS resources and infrastructure automation.
• Develop preventive measures, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Establish automation capabilities using cloud-native solutions to enhance developer workflows.
• Automate maintenance processes, including patching and upgrades for AWS environments.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers while collaborating across engineering groups.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in AWS Cloud Automation and Administration.
• Hands-on expertise with VPC, Subnets, NACLs, Security Groups, EC2, S3, IAM, ELBs, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and EKS.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) proficiency using Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation and CDK.
• Ability to write Lambda functions in Python/Boto3 and Bash scripts.
• Proficiency with DevOps toolchains including Git and Jenkins.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native design patterns.
• Previous Linux system administration experience.
• At least one AWS certification (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer).

Preferred Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Knowledge of AI/ML patterns leveraging AWS services like Kendra and Bedrock.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Service Mesh, and container security tools.
