Description

You will manage and support cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines within an AWS environment, providing operational support in customer-facing roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage core AWS services including EC2, S3, and Kubernetes.
• Execute deployment tasks using Jenkins and the Atlassian suite.
• Implement automation within operational support workflows.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, working one week every two months on a 6am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shift.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps or cloud engineering.
• Deep expertise with AWS core services, specifically EC2, S3, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and the Atlassian suite.
• Proven experience in operational support models.
• Knowledge of FFIP and Datasync.
• Any graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work onsite in McLean, VA, Tuesday through Thursday.
