Description

You will design, implement, and manage AWS resources while driving enterprise cloud transformation and migration initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate services across the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, patching, and upgrades using cloud-native solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root cause analysis to recover services.
• Monitor enterprise systems to ensure stability, scalability, and performance.
• Mentor junior and senior team members on modern cloud-native design patterns.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in AWS Cloud Automation and Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services: VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, ELB, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and EKS.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Strong scripting skills in Python (Boto3) and Bash.
• Experience with containerization using Kubernetes, EKS, and Docker.
• Knowledge of DevOps toolchains including Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Bitbucket, and Crucible.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as New Relic, DataDog, AppDynamics, or Jaeger.
• Minimum of one AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• FinOps Certification.
• Programming experience in Java, Go, or Groovy.
• Knowledge of service mesh (Istio, AWS App Mesh, OpenShift Service Mesh) or container security tools (Twistlock, Aqua, Sysdig).
