Description

You will secure AWS infrastructure and automate security processes for continuous deployment environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Remediate security vulnerabilities within AWS accounts, IAM, S3, Security Groups, NACL, and VPC resources.
• Write and manage complex JSON IAM and S3 policies.
• Automate security auditing and infrastructure hardening using AWS APIs, Boto3, or AWS CLI.
• Maintain secure cloud infrastructure including OS patching, secure backups, monitoring, and logging.
• Develop technical documentation in Atlassian Confluence and manage tasks via Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of practical experience securing AWS environments.
• 7+ years of overall industry experience.
• Expertise in Amazon AWS, including PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and AWS Marketplace.
• Proficiency in Terraform and Ansible for cloud automation.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Deep understanding of JSON policy language and TCP/IP networking principles.
• Hands-on experience with networking and compute infrastructure (servers, databases, firewalls, load balancers).
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• AWS Security Specialty certification.

Preferred Skills

• Palo Alto Prisma Cloud (CSPM, CWP, and AppSec) experience.
• Cloud Solutions Architect - Associate level certification or higher.
