Description

Design and maintain automated, multi-account AWS environments for mission-critical applications. Own the release pipeline, infrastructure availability, and security posture across multi-region deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain highly available production infrastructure using Control Tower and Landing Zone architectures.
• Execute root cause analysis for outages and implement continual service improvements through performance tuning.
• Manage AWS systems administration including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Route 53, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Monitor systems for security alerts and lead incident response and investigation on the cloud.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of IT Security experience with 3-5 years focused on AWS Security.
• Proficiency with AWS APIs, command line tools, and CloudFormation (JSON/YAML).
• Hands-on experience with AWS security services including GuardDuty, CloudTrail, Config, WAF, and Key Management.
• Strong Linux administration and DevOps experience with CI/CD, Ansible, Jenkins, and Git.
• Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, Firewall/NGFW, EDR/DLP, and UEBA.
• Scripting proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of automation tools like Puppet or Chef.
• Experience with RDS databases including PostgresSQL, Oracle, and MySQL.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, SANS GCIH, or AWS Certifications.
• Vendor certifications in Palo Alto, McAfee, or IBM.
