Description

Secure cloud environments and implement DevSecOps practices within microservice architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain services using Java, Python, Node.js, and Bash.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and associated toolchains.
• Implement DevSecOps practices including repository vulnerability scanning, threat modeling, and security design reviews.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, or Podman.
• Perform application performance tuning and write automated unit and integration tests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, and Bash scripting.
• Experience with microservice architectures and RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift deployments.
• Experience using container tools such as Docker or Podman.
• Knowledge of AWS or similar cloud environments.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Familiarity with Swagger and Postman.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NoSQL and SQL database technologies, including schema design and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with container security tools like Twistlock or AquaSec.
• Experience with static code analysis and security code reviews.
