Description

You will design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant systems on AWS while providing architectural guidance across the project lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable systems using AWS services for data, compute, database, and security.
• Provide architectural oversight and lead technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to implement cloud solutions.
• Assess existing infrastructure and recommend necessary modifications.
• Ensure all solutions align with established security standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• AWS Solutions Architect Certification is required.
• 10+ years of experience in IT roles.
• Hands-on experience designing distributed systems and applications on AWS Cloud.
• Expertise operating Red Hat Linux and Windows 10.
• Working knowledge of AWS storage and backup solutions.
• Experience with ITIL ticketing using Remedy and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Archer GRC.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including IP addresses, DNS, and TCP/IP.
• General knowledge of database software such as Oracle, MSSQL, and Postgres.
