Description

You will design and govern scalable, secure AWS cloud solutions to replace on-prem infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct migration portfolio and readiness assessments across business, governance, security, and operations.
• Design target-state architecture and migration blueprints aligned with AWS best practices.
• Lead application dependency mapping and wave planning for data center exit initiatives.
• Implement cloud governance, compliance, and cost-management practices to meet enterprise security standards.
• Partner with application and operations teams to execute workload migration and provide executive reporting on risks.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise architecture.
• 8+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud architecture experience.
• Proficiency with VPC design, IAM, EC2, RDS, and S3.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Proven experience leading large-scale data center migration programs.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, automation (CI/CD), and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Experience with migration tools such as CloudEndure and AWS Migration Hub.
• Knowledge of security controls including KMS, GuardDuty, and VPC Security.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Associate.
• Familiarity with multi-account strategy and AWS Control Tower.
