Description

You will design and lead the migration of on-premises data center infrastructure to scalable AWS environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Migration Portfolio Assessment (MPA) and Migration Readiness Assessment (CAF) across business, governance, security, and operations.
• Design target-state architecture and migration blueprints using AWS best practices and the Well-Architected Framework.
• Lead migration assessments, application dependency mapping, and wave planning for large-scale data center exit programs.
• Implement cloud governance, compliance, and cost-management practices to ensure security controls meet regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise architecture.
• 8+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud architecture experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale data center migration or exit programs.
• Expertise with VPC design, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFormation/Terraform, and CloudWatch.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, automation (CI/CD, IaC), and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Experience with migration tools including CloudEndure, AWS Migration Hub, and Application Discovery Service.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AWS services including ECS, EKS, Lambda, and CloudFront.
