Description

You will architect and lead the transition of on-premises infrastructure to scalable AWS cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Migration Portfolio Assessments (MPA) and Readiness Assessments (CAF) covering governance, security, and operations.
• Design target-state AWS architectures, migration blueprints, and reference architectures following AWS best practices.
• Select and implement appropriate AWS services for diverse workloads.
• Lead application dependency mapping and wave planning for large-scale data center exit initiatives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise architecture.
• 8+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud architecture experience.
• Expertise with VPC design, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, and CloudFormation/Terraform.
• Proven experience leading large-scale data center migration or exit programs.
• Strong understanding of networking, security controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with migration tools like CloudEndure or AWS Migration Hub.
• Proficiency in automation, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
