Description

Architect and implement complex, event-driven solutions on AWS, focusing on financial security and real-time integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design event-driven architectures using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Develop stored value systems (gift cards, digital wallets) ensuring PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
• Integrate real-time REST and GraphQL APIs with platforms like SAP and VTEX.
• Manage security and credentialing using AWS KMS and HashiCorp Vault.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification.
• Experience building PCI-DSS compliant financial products.
• Proficiency with GraphQL and REST API design.
• Experience with AWS Aurora PostgreSQL for transactional data.
• Familiarity with tokenization and vaulting solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP integration patterns.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with high-throughput distributed systems.
