Description

You will provide Level 2 cloud operations support for asset management business systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform business impact assessments through direct customer interaction.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting and technical analysis of reported issues.
• Execute remediation steps using data manipulation or application tools.
• Coordinate software and bug fixes with development teams across non-production and production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AWS Cloud support.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Datadog for monitoring and observability.
• Working knowledge of Maven, Jenkins, and uDeploy.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications.
• Kubernetes certifications.
