Description

You will provide technical support and operational oversight for AWS cloud-based applications and services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to AWS application incidents and service requests.
• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support, escalating complex technical cases when necessary.
• Triage alerts using CloudWatch, Datadog, or Splunk.
• Document incident progress and updates within ServiceNow.
• Execute standard operating procedures and runbooks within AWS environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical support or cloud operations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS native services including EC2, S3, RDS, Elastic Load Balancing, Auto Scaling, and Lambda.
• Foundational knowledge of AWS networking, including VPC setup, security groups, and ACLs.
• Proficiency with AWS IAM for access management.
• Experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with at least one monitoring tool: CloudWatch, Splunk, or Datadog.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with automation tools: AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Python.
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or Developer), Kubernetes, or ITIL.
