Description

You will own the technical direction and delivery of cloud solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging AWS cloud services and modern frameworks.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and manage releases using Azure DevOps and Agile methodology.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and enforce coding standards across the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or Senior Developer role managing teams.
• Strong, hands-on expertise with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and SQS.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, and JavaScript for development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation using Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile practices.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems using strong analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience designing scalable enterprise applications.
