Description

Design, develop, and implement AWS Connect processes to support client operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AWS Connect processes, including application modifications, workflows, and access control configurations.
• Support and enhance existing processes based on new requirements or upgrades.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, review, and documentation for new features.
• Provide recommendations to enhance current operations or suggest new modifications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with the AWS Cloud platform.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience using Amazon Connect.
• 3+ years of development experience using Node.js, Python, or Java.
• 3+ years of experience designing call routing and messaging solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of IVR, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), and Skill-Based Routing.
• Experience with process flow documentation creation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
