Description

You will build and maintain chatbot integrations and serverless applications using AWS services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain chatbots using AWS Lex and Bedrock.
• Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Python.
• Implement cloud-based solutions utilizing core AWS services including EC2, S3, and RDS.
• Execute software development tasks following Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
• Manage software development life cycle processes.

Required Skills

• 6-7 years of experience in software development.
• 2 years of experience as an AWS technical expert.
• Proficiency in Python and AWS Lambda.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, and RDS.
• Ability to work as an individual performer in an office-based environment in Miami, FL.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Connect, AWS Lex, or AWS Bedrock.
• Prior experience working with IVR platforms.
