Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of AWS Connect solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end AWS Connect architectures.
• Integrate Connect with AWS backend systems using Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to define and implement technical solutions.
• Lead offshore development teams through regular communication and project calls.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle of the development team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on AWS Connect development experience.
• Proven experience with AWS backend integration using Lambda functions.
• Experience working with DynamoDB for backend data management.
• Strong background in application architecture, solutioning, and design.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing offshore developers.
• Ability to communicate technical designs clearly to client architects.
