Responsibilities
- Build and configure Amazon Connect Agent Workspaces.
- Develop conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex.
- Integrate AWS Lambda functions to drive backend logic.
- Manage data workflows using Step Functions, S3, and DynamoDB.
- Deploy infrastructure using CloudFormation and manage permissions via IAM.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience in cloud environments.
- Amazon Connect and Amazon Connect Agent Workspace.
- Python programming.
- Amazon Lex.
- AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
- Amazon S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and IAM.
- CloudFront.
- Speech Recognition and AWS CloudFormation.
