Description

Design and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and the broader AWS ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Amazon Connect contact flows and integrations.
• Build custom solutions using AWS APIs and the AWS CLI.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues within Amazon Connect setups.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services to extend functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AWS DevOps.
• Proven experience as an AWS Developer or in a similar development role.
• Deep expertise in Amazon Connect development and configuration.
• Proficiency with AWS Lambda.
• Experience using AWS SDKs.
• Hands-on work with Amazon S3.
• Experience with Amazon DynamoDB.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Lex.
• Any Graduate degree.
