Description

You will design and implement contact center solutions using AWS Connect and Amazon Connect Agent Workspace.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize Amazon Connect Agent Workspace for contact center environments.
• Integrate Agent Workspace with third-party applications and design agent workflows.
• Build conversational interfaces for voice and text applications using Amazon Lex.
• Develop infrastructure using CloudFormation templates.
• Lead technical teams and manage development workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with AWS Connect.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect Agent Workspace implementation.
• Proficiency in Python and Lambda integration.
• Experience with Amazon Lex for conversational interfaces.
• Working knowledge of AWS Step Functions, S3, and API Gateway.
• Experience with DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and CloudFront.
• Proficiency in CloudFormation and IAM.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
