Description

You will design and implement cloud-native contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Amazon Connect contact flows and routing profiles.
• Develop integrations between Amazon Connect and external services.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs to support telephony workflows.
• Deploy and monitor serverless functions and cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
• Proficiency in Node.js development.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Working knowledge of DynamoDB and S3.
• Experience using CloudWatch for monitoring and IAM for security.
• Background in developing cloud-native applications.

• Any Graduate degree.
