Description

Design and optimize Amazon Connect contact flows and call routing solutions for enterprise telephony systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations between Amazon Connect and Cisco or AT&T environments.
• Develop and support backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Create and maintain APIs to support contact center operations and business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to call routing, integrations, and application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on application modernization and cloud transformation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including Contact Flows and routing strategies.
• Expertise in Java, Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, and IAM.
• Experience integrating Amazon Connect with Cisco and/or AT&T telephony systems.
