Description

You will design and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.

Responsibilities

  • Design Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions tailored to business requirements.
  • Configure Connect flows, queues, routing profiles, and user setups.
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
  • Build custom IVR, chatbots, and contact center analytics.
  • Support migrations from legacy telephony systems to Amazon Connect.
  • Troubleshoot call flows, latency, and integration issues.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect implementation and customization.
  • Proficiency in AWS Lambda using Node.js or Python.
  • Experience with API Gateway and serverless components.
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Lex, Polly, and Contact Lens.
  • Experience integrating with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Knowledge of AWS services including S3 and DynamoDB.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • AWS Certified Developer, Architect, or Advanced Networking.
  • AWS Contact Center Competency.
