Description

You will design, implement, and maintain Amazon Connect contact center solutions tailored to specific business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Amazon Connect flows, queues, routing profiles, and user setups.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
• Build custom IVR, chatbots, and contact center analytics solutions.
• Support the migration from legacy telephony systems to Amazon Connect.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding call flows, latency, and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect implementation and customization.
• Proficiency in AWS Lambda using Node.js or Python.
• Experience with API Gateway and serverless components.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Lex, Polly, and Contact Lens.
• Experience integrating with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Experience with telephony systems and integrations.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Developer or Architect.
• AWS Certified Advanced Networking or AWS Contact Center Competency.
