Description

You will configure and manage cloud contact center solutions using AWS services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS-based contact center architectures.
• Develop software components using Python and Node.js.
• Design and build complex contact flows within the platform.
• Integrate the contact center solution with other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the contact center environment, including Amazon Q integration.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in relevant engineering roles.
• Expertise with AWS Services for contact center operations.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js.
• Experience designing cloud contact center solutions.
• Familiarity with integrating enterprise systems.
• Experience working with Generative AI capabilities, specifically Amazon Q.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon Q integration.
