Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions, integrating Agentic AI capabilities into customer engagement workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build customized AWS Connect solutions based on gathered customer requirements.
• Integrate Agentic AI capabilities into customer engagement workflows.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across AWS Connect services.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AWS cloud services.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture diagrams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AWS Connect and AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and AI-related tasks.
• Experience integrating AI or Agentic AI solutions with cloud contact center platforms.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members on AWS Connect and AI-related tasks.

• Any Graduate degree.
