Description

You will develop and maintain contact flow logic and backend integrations for voice applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Contact Flow logic within AWS Connect.
• Build backend integrations using Node.js Lambda functions.
• Integrate systems utilizing the Amazon Connect Streams API.
• Maintain and optimize existing voice application architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Connect.
• Working knowledge of AWS SDK.
• Experience with Amazon Connect Streams API.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable Lambda functions.
