Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
• Build and integrate backend services and APIs that support call flows and customer journeys.
• Implement AWS-based architectures for reliability, scalability, and secure access.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve solution stability for contact center operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into working Amazon Connect and AWS implementations.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 12 years of relevant experience
• AWS Cloud (Amazon Web Services)
• Amazon Connect (AWS Contact Center)
• AWS architecture fundamentals for scalable solutions
• AWS integration experience for contact center workflows
