Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for AWS Connect, owning the implementation, management, and high availability of telephony infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage call routing and load balancing systems.
• Ensure high availability across the telephony infrastructure.
• Maintain security and compliance, specifically adhering to HIPAA standards.
• Manage cross-region connectivity within AWS Cloud Networking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AWS Connect.
• Expertise in AWS Cloud Networking, including Direct Connect.
• Hands-on experience with AWS EC2.
• Proficiency with data security best practices.
• Knowledge of AWS CloudWatch for monitoring.
• Familiarity with call routing and load balancing principles.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.
