Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for AWS Connect.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage Call Routing and Load Balancing systems.
  • Ensure High Availability across telephony infrastructure.
  • Maintain security and compliance adhering to HIPAA standards.
  • Manage cross-region connectivity within AWS Cloud Networking.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with AWS Connect.
  • Expertise in AWS Cloud Networking.
  • Proficiency with Data Security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS EC2.
  • Knowledge of Direct Connect and AWS CloudWatch for monitoring.
  • Familiarity with Call Routing and Load Balancing principles.
  • Understanding of HIPAA Compliance requirements.
