You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for AWS Connect.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Call Routing and Load Balancing systems.
- Ensure High Availability across telephony infrastructure.
- Maintain security and compliance adhering to HIPAA standards.
- Manage cross-region connectivity within AWS Cloud Networking.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with AWS Connect.
- Expertise in AWS Cloud Networking.
- Proficiency with Data Security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS EC2.
- Knowledge of Direct Connect and AWS CloudWatch for monitoring.
- Familiarity with Call Routing and Load Balancing principles.
- Understanding of HIPAA Compliance requirements.
