Description

You will design and implement customer engagement solutions using AWS Connect, Lambda, and DynamoDB.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure contact flows and build reporting dashboards within AWS Connect.
• Integrate AWS Connect IVR with external platforms via APIs and AWS services.
• Implement AWS environments using Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Develop solutions utilizing AWS customer engagement tools like Connect and Lex.
• Build and deploy serverless solutions in AWS environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or cloud architecture.
• Expertise with AWS Services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Strong scripting skills for automation and infrastructure management.
• Experience designing service architectures and integrating external APIs.
• Hands-on experience with at least two AI services within AWS.
• Ability to build, test, and deploy solutions in AWS environments.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification.
• Developer background with quick learning ability.
