You will design and implement solutions leveraging AWS Connect.
Responsibilities
- Configure contact flows and build reports in AWS Connect.
- Integrate AWS Connect IVR with external platforms using APIs and AWS services.
- Implement AWS environments using Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Develop solutions utilizing AWS customer engagement tools like Connect and Lex.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Expertise with AWS Services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3.
- Strong scripting skills for automation.
- Experience designing service architectures.
- Hands-on experience with at least two AI services within AWS.
- Ability to build and deploy solutions in AWS environments.
Preferred Skills
- AWS certification.
- Quick learning ability and developer background.
