You will design and implement solutions leveraging AWS Connect.

Responsibilities

  • Configure contact flows and build reports in AWS Connect.
  • Integrate AWS Connect IVR with external platforms using APIs and AWS services.
  • Implement AWS environments using Infrastructure as Code principles.
  • Develop solutions utilizing AWS customer engagement tools like Connect and Lex.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Expertise with AWS Services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3.
  • Strong scripting skills for automation.
  • Experience designing service architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two AI services within AWS.
  • Ability to build and deploy solutions in AWS environments.

Preferred Skills

  • AWS certification.
  • Quick learning ability and developer background.
