Description

You will architect and lead enterprise-level cloud data platforms on AWS. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect modern, multi-zone data architectures with raw, curated, and trusted layers.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale data platforms using AWS data services.
• Lead cloud migration efforts and manage multi-database environments.
• Ensure strict adherence to data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

Required Skills

• 13+ years in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Data Platform roles.
• 5-6 years in enterprise-level architecture and cloud modernization leadership.
• 7-8 years of hands-on data development, including ETL/ELT, SQL, modelling, and pipeline design.
• Expertise with AWS S3 for data lake design, AWS Glue for ETL orchestration, and AWS Athena for serverless analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift for data warehouse architecture.
• Proficiency in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, ETL/ELT, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of data governance and security principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BI tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Looker.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, GCP, or Azure environments.
