Lead technical strategy and architectural design for enterprise data transformation initiatives, focusing on healthcare domain solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect data solutions integrating enterprise, marketing, and streaming data for real-time insights.
• Implement scalable data lakehouses using Snowflake Cloud for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Develop data products, infrastructure, and pipelines leveraging Matillion and AWS services including Redshift, Kinesis, EMR, and Lambda.
• Define data governance policies, metadata repositories, and data lineage documentation.
• Optimize ETL/ELT processes and develop comprehensive data migration strategies.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in data architecture.
• 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare domain.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake Cloud and cloud databases.
• Proven track record with full life-cycle data warehouse implementations in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in designing OLAP and OLTP systems.
• Proficiency in big data technologies including Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and EMR.
• Strong experience with ETL/ELT integration using Matillion, Postgres, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Technical proficiency in data formats such as JSON, HL7, EDI, and XML.
• Experience with API development and integration using MuleSoft and REST APIs.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon S3 and cloud-based storage solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing proof of concepts and object-oriented analysis/design.
• Ability to communicate complex architecture strategies to both management and development teams.
