You will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data solutions and ETL workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional data engineering teams to deliver data initiatives.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Develop reusable code using Python and SQL for data processing and transformation.
• Build and maintain cloud-based data infrastructure on AWS and Redshift.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and establish data engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Extensive experience with Amazon Redshift and the AWS ecosystem (S3, Lambda, Glue).
• Expertise in designing and managing ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing end-to-end data projects.
• Deep understanding of data warehouse architecture and production systems.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse platforms.
• Familiarity with big data tools and frameworks such as Spark or Hadoop.
